Consultant – IT & Digital Transformation (SPPS-III)

Consultant – IT & Digital Transformation engaged on contract in SPPS-III to ensure that all project components align with the overarching strategy of Digital Economy Enhancement and the broader Digital Pakistan vision.

• Continuously review and align project activities with strategic objectives to ensure coherence and synergy across initiatives
• Provide expert advice to the project and strategic guidance to inform decision-making
• Assist in translating the strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure execution adheres to defined goals
• Advise on development and refinement of policies that support digital transformation
• Provide guidance on capacity-building measures, identify skill gaps, recommend training programs and advise on best practices for building a competent digital governance team
• Guide the team in strategic risk assessments for project components and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare strategic reports and documentation articulating progress, challenges and opportunities
• Interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Carry out any other task assigned by Secretary, Member, DCPC and Minister PD&SI

• Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, Humanities as listed in the advertisement, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed in the advertisement

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT and digital transformation programmes
