Data Analyst at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, supporting use-case discovery, dashboards and pilot evaluation. 2 posts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis on departmental datasets to support use-case discovery and design
- Support the Business Intelligence & Dashboard Engineers in building and maintaining reports (portfolio KPIs, service metrics, model performance) for the Unit and departments
- Support pilot evaluations: metric design, A/B or pre/post analysis and results reporting
- Prepare clean, documented datasets with Data Engineers and maintain data dictionaries
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from pillar squads and leadership
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Mathematics, in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
- Strong SQL; Python or R for analysis
- BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Superset / Metabase)
- Statistics and evaluation methods
- Data storytelling and visualization
- Attention to data quality and documentation
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- At least 5 years in data analysis / business intelligence roles
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
