Deputy Director (Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

Deputy Director (Open Source Intelligence) to lead OSINT collection, analysis and tooling at PIFTAC.

• Lead open source intelligence collection and analysis
• Deploy and manage OSINT tools and data pipelines
• Produce OSINT based threat assessments and reports
• Coordinate with analysis and response teams

• Bachelor's - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years of education (2nd division or equivalent CGPA) in Computer Science, IT, Data Sciences, Artificial Intelligence or Software Engineering from an HEC recognized university

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• Minimum 04 years of relevant experience in open source intelligence, data analytics and analysis

• All candidates: 35 – 50 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 18 Sept 2026.
