Deputy Manager – Analytics & Performance Management

Support Group Communications by measuring and analyzing media coverage, sentiment, campaign effectiveness, digital engagement, stakeholder reach, event performance, response times, communication outcomes, agency/vendor performance and departmental KPIs. Use automated analytical tools, business intelligence techniques and data-driven methodologies to convert raw departmental data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for the Head of Department, supporting performance management, operational decision-making and continuous improvement. • Oversee data collection and develop data collection formats that meet quality standards and business needs
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
• Improve processes through data analysis and reporting
• Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
• Handle and safely store large quantities of raw data to develop insight and strategy
• Establish base benchmarks on all devolved KPIs based on global best practices and track, measure and report progress of each CCD team member
• Periodically report performance progress of CCD team members and external partners (agencies, vendors) against agreed KPI benchmarks
• Recommend and track a performance management system as per international norms and best practices
• Communicate recommendations to CCD management to improve performance and minimize gaps from benchmarks
• Track external partner performance on contractual KPIs and report negative deviations as an independent assessor
• Analyze data to spot trends, patterns and opportunities that shape communication strategies and performance management goals
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions and report results to CCD leadership and GGM/CD
• Define metrics for specific performance indicators and identify relevant data sources
• Build digital spreadsheets, logbooks and databases for easy data access
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques
• Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics
• Use data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate findings through graphs, charts and infographics to CCD senior management
• Extract reports from multiple internal, group company, national and international sources
• Prepare and present operating reports to GGM periodically
• Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables and oversee the data/report request process
• Turn data into actionable insights and propose solutions that boost business performance
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards and benchmarks for KPI delivery devolved from MD KPIs
• Drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with the assigned role
• Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct
• Ensure compliance with all laws of Pakistan and Corporate Core Values relating to Communication Strategy, Planning & Services
• Perform any other task assigned by immediate supervisor and/or HoD

• Master's - MBA, MS Statistics, in Business Administration, Mathematics
• MBA or MS in Statistics
• Strong analytical, numerical and logical reasoning skills
• Business intelligence skills
• Strong communication skills
