About this vacancy
NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support implementation of NGT-enabled logistics systems and digital workflows
- Convert logistics requirements into specifications, dashboards and data models
- Coordinate automated collection and validation of warehouse, inventory and transport data
- Maintain Logistics Common Operating Picture
- Configure rule-based and AI-assisted alerts
- Integrate early-warning and GIS data with logistics triggers
- Monitor digital tracking of consignments and deliveries
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation and audit trails
- Coordinate dashboard development, UAT and automated reporting
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BS/MS Logistics/Supply Chain Management, BS/MS Industrial Engineering, BS/MS Computer Science/IT, BS/MS Data Science, BS/MS GIS/Geoinformatics, BS/MS Engineering, BS/MS Business Administration, in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Geoinformatics, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- BS/MS in relevant or closely related field

Experience required
- Required experience: 4 – 6 years
- 4-6 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital logistics systems, workflow automation, dashboards, ERP/WMS/TMS, data-quality management and GIS
