Deputy Manager (RM&M)

NDMA seeks Deputy Manager (RM&M) on contract basis on lump sum package (equivalent to PPS-08) for an initial period of 24 months, extendable on requirement basis. Posts filled on open merit basis.

• Coordinate and maintain liaison with Regional Military Commands and relevant government departments
• Facilitate timely sharing of information and updates during emergencies and disasters
• Assist in coordination of disaster response activities with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor media coverage and developments related to disasters and emergencies
• Assist in preparation of media briefs, situation reports, press notes and presentations
• Support dissemination of official information through appropriate media channels
• Maintain effective coordination with media representatives and other stakeholders
• Assist senior management in matters related to military and media coordination
• Perform any other task assigned by the competent authority

• Bachelor's or Master's - BS, MS, in Journalism, Social Sciences, Public Administration, recognised by HEC
• MS/BS in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Media & Communication, International Relations, Public Administration, Social Sciences or relevant discipline from HEC recognized university
• Contract for initial 24 months extendable
• Minimum 18 months mandatory service
• Original documents attested by HEC at interview
• No TA/DA for test/interview

• Required experience: At least 6 years
• BS with minimum 8 years and MS with minimum 6 years relevant experience in 3D/immersive/digital technology development

• All candidates: 26 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Oct 2026.
