Duties and responsibilities
- Draft and review conventions, agreements, MOUs, contracts and other legal documents
- Render legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters
- Carry out legislative drafting
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - LLB, LLM (International Arbitration, Human Rights Law, Comparative Commercial Law, Sharia & Law, Data Protection and Intellectual Property, Commercial and Corporate Law, International Commercial and Business Laws, Corporate Law, International and Maritime Law, International Law and Legal Practice, Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution), Barrister-at-Law, Solicitor, recognised by HEC
- Foreign or local LLB/LLM, Barrister-at-Law or Solicitor
- Preferably an understanding of International Law
- Legislative drafting experience preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 9 years
- At least 9 years of experience in legal and legislative matters in the public or private sector

- All candidates: 18 – 62 years
