Senior legal role at EXIM Bank of Pakistan, Islamabad, supporting the bank's lending, recovery, corporate governance and litigation work.

• Structure, draft and vet conventional and Islamic financing, trade finance and transaction documents
• Handle risk-sharing agreements, syndications and security documentation
• Support special asset management, non-performing asset recovery and debt restructuring
• Assist the Company Secretary with Companies Act 2017, SBP directives, board processes and regulatory filings
• Oversee Fit & Proper Test documentation for directors and key executives
• Coordinate external lawyers, track litigation and draft court and regulatory submissions
• Provide legal advice across departments and legal support to HR on employment matters
• Conduct legal research, assist with fraud inquiries and implement systems that support the department

• Bachelor's or Master's - LLB, LLM, Barrister-at-Law, JD or foreign law qualification (preferred), recognised by HEC
• LLB from an HEC-recognised university
• Valid Advocate High Courts license

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• 10 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience for Team Lead/Senior Manager or 7 years for Manager, including at least 5 years as an Advocate High Courts; bank or financial institution advisory experience is an advantage
• Experience accepted from: Banks, Financial Institutions
