Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst shall provide analytical and decision-support assistance to the executive management by delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis.

• Provide day-to-day financial analysis
• Review budget utilization
• Support budget preparation and forecasts
• Prepare periodic management reports
• Carry out project financial evaluations
• Conduct cash flow analysis
• Consolidate financial data
• Maintain analytical tools
• Coordinate across teams
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and controls

• Bachelor's - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, CPA, CFA, in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, CPA, CFA) preferred but not mandatory
• Public sector experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience preparing analytical reports for senior management
• Familiarity with public sector financial rules advantageous

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting or performance analysis
