Front Desk Officer

Front Desk Officer at the Board of Investment, Prime Minister's Office, managing the reception area and client interactions.

• Maintain an organized front desk area
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is equipped with necessary materials and information
• Greet and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate staff members or departments
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries efficiently
• Register and log details of visitors and clients, maintaining accurate records
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of client and organizational information
• Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate parties
• Keep clients informed about the status of their requests
• Any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority

• Master's - MPA, MA Mass Communication, MS Mass Communication, MBA, in Business Administration, Journalism, recognised by HEC
• Master of Public Administration (MPA), MA Mass Communication, MS Mass Communication or Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• All candidates: 18 – 30 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 29 Sept 2026.
