Duties and responsibilities
- Lead operations and maintenance of hydropower plants
- Oversee implementation of hydropower projects during construction and commissioning
- Manage contract management and inventory control management systems
- Deal with government regulatory bodies including NEPRA, PPIB and CPPA (G) on licensing, certifications and tariffs
- Provide technical leadership to the hydel team
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor|Master - Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydropower, Civil Engineering, Masters degree in relevant Engineering field is an added advantage, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering/Sciences, Mechanical Engineering/Sciences, Hydro Power Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydropower or Civil Engineering; Masters degree in the relevant field of Engineering from an HEC recognized University is an added advantage
- Overall 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of directly working on Operations & Maintenance of any Hydropower Plant
- 5 years experience of working in a senior position in Hydropower
- Experience in projects implementation, preferably development of hydropower projects during construction or commissioning
- Experience in contract management and inventory control management systems
- Experience in dealing with NEPRA, PPIB and CPPA (G) regarding licensing, certifications and tariffs
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 15 years
- Overall 15 years of experience with at least 5 years directly working on Operations & Maintenance of a Hydropower Plant and 5 years in a senior position in Hydropower
