• Plan and conduct internal audits of company operations and financial transactions
• Review compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal controls
• Prepare audit reports and follow up implementation of audit recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors and government bodies such as the Auditor General of Pakistan
• Advise management on risk and control matters

• Bachelor|Master - Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Control Auditor, Masters degree in Finance, in Accounting, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accounting, recognised by HEC
• Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants, or Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Fraud Examiner, or Certified Internal Control Auditor, or a Masters degree in Finance from an HEC recognized university
• Not less than four years experience in external or internal audit
• Familiarity with corporate governance functions within a company
• Added advantage for experience in Power Sector Generation Companies with knowledge of SECP and NEPRA
• Added advantage for experience in public sector companies and dealing with government bodies such as the Auditor General of Pakistan

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• Not less than four years experience in external or internal audit with knowledge of corporate governance functions

• Male: 18 – 45 years
• Female: 18 – 45 years
• Transgender: 18 – 45 years
