About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager Compliance Assurance - South in its Compliance Assurance & Investigation (Compliance & Control Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Visit branches and management functions including Treasury, Trade and Home Remittances for compliance reviews and ICFR testing
- Conduct offsite reviews as per approved plan
- Complete scheduled reviews on time with quality outcomes
- Retain records of reviews carried out
- Facilitate corrective actions on observations
- Conduct closing meetings with branches
- Prepare review reports for Senior Manager/Unit Head
- Provide guidance and training to staff during reviews
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university
- Team leading experience is an added advantage
Experience required
- Required experience: 4 – 7 years
- Minimum 04 to 07 years of banking experience with 02 years in compliance reviews, audit function or internal controls testing; team leading experience is an advantage
- Experience accepted from: Banking
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 55 years
