About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager Governance in its Governance Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure DBG compliance with internal, external and regulatory requirements with focus on Fair Treatment of Customers
- Review approval notes, policies, SOPs and SLAs before sign-off
- Assist in annual review of policies and procedures
- Assist in business planning, KPIs and monthly dashboards
- Track DBG strategic initiatives
- Act as focal person for audits and closure of observations
- Support BOD committee updates and action item tracking
- Ensure complaints are resolved within TAT with RCA
- Coordinate with HRG on JDs, scorecards and org structures
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
Experience required
- Required experience: 4 – 7 years
- 04 to 07 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking
