The Common Management Unit (CMU) is hiring a Manager HR. The post leads HR planning, recruitment and selection for donor-funded project positions and implements HR policies under Global Fund and Government of Pakistan rules. It requires a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration and seven years of HR management experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- HR planning, recruitment and selection management for donor-funded/project positions
- Application of Global Fund HR/administrative policy, Government of Pakistan HR service rules and labour law compliance
- Performance management, staff capacity-building and HR policy implementation
- Confidentiality, integrity, interpersonal and communication skills
- HRIS/personnel record-keeping systems, MS Office, E-Office
Eligibility criteria
- Master's degree (HEC-recognized) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Seven years of relevant HR management experience
