About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager - Mobile App/Internet Banking in its Digital Transformation (Information Technology Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Manage first level support for non-switch digital channels
- Ensure application uptime and investigate logs to fix outages
- Coordinate with teams for issue resolution
- Maintain and track internal, regulator and partner complaint portals
- Resolve complaints from helpdesk and regulator portals
- Ensure DR environment readiness
- Coordinate deployment activities
- Ensure compliance of audit and VAPT observations
- Manage relevant back office portals
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: 4 – 7 years
- Minimum 04 to 07 years of banking/non-banking experience with minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 55 years
