Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

The Common Management Unit (CMU) is hiring a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist. The post handles health commodity procurement, forecasting, quantification, warehousing and distribution in line with Global Fund and PPRA rules. It requires a relevant Master's degree or MPhil Pharmacy and five years of supply chain experience in the health sector.

• Pharmaceutical and health commodity procurement and supply chain management including forecasting, quantification, warehousing and distribution-logistics operations
• Applying donor and regulatory procurement requirements including Global Fund procurement/PSM policy, PPRA Rules and quality assurance standards for health commodities
• Supply chain risk monitoring, stock-out prevention and liaison across warehousing and programme teams

• Master's degree in Public Health, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration or Public Administration, or MPhil Pharmacy (HEC-recognized)

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management of medicines and health products within a health-sector organization

• All candidates: 18 – 50 years
