• Design end-to-end service journeys, interfaces and interaction flows for AI use-cases across the six pillars, from prototype to production
• Translate user-research findings into wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs in collaboration with engineers and product managers
• Establish and maintain a common design system, including Urdu and accessible-design standards, reused across the Common AI Products line
• Run usability testing on pilots and iterate designs on field evidence before scale-up decisions at the evaluation gates
• Support departments in redesigning the surrounding service process, not only the digital interface, so deployments deliver measurable service improvement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science, in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Product Design, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• User-centered and service-design methods
• Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
• Design systems and accessibility including Urdu localization
• Rapid prototyping and usability testing
• Close collaboration with engineering and product teams

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• At least 4 years in product, service or UX design with a portfolio of shipped digital products; public service design experience preferred
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 26 – 45 years
