The Common Management Unit (CMU) is hiring a Project Manager for its TB programme in the regions. The post manages TB programme field supervision, laboratory quality assurance coordination and TB surveillance data analysis. It requires an MBBS with a Master's in Public Health, Health Management or Epidemiology and seven years of relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- TB programme management, field supervision and monitoring
- Laboratory quality assurance coordination
- Drug adherence/case management monitoring
- TB surveillance data analysis
- Integrity, independence, objectivity, ethics, attention to detail
- Stakeholder management, adaptability, public service orientation
- DHIS-2 (TB case-based surveillance), mobile data-collection tools
Eligibility criteria
- MBBS, Master's degree, in Medicine, Public Health, recognised by HEC, PMDC
- MBBS with Master's degree (HEC-recognized) in Public Health, Health Management, Epidemiology or a related field (HEC/PMDC-recognized)
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Seven years of relevant experience in TB programme management or communicable disease control

- All candidates: 18 – 50 years
