BS-17 Public Relation Officer post on contract basis for a period of 03 years in the Emergency Services Department (Rescue 1122), Punjab, posted at Headquarters. No relaxation in age or qualification for Army or Civil candidates; however, employees of the Punjab Emergency Service are given five years' relaxation in the upper age limit. • Master's - Master in Mass Communication, Master in Journalism, Master in Media Studies, in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, recognised by Higher Education Commission
• Master's degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Media Studies (second division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission
• Computer literate
• All Punjab basis domicile

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Two years' post-qualification experience. Experience must be possessed after acquiring the prescribed qualification. Experience in private entities is accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms or any other regulatory authority.
• Experience accepted from: Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Bodies, Private entities registered with SECP or Registrar of Firms

• All candidates: 24 – 32 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Aug 2026.
• No other age relaxation is allowed.
• employees of the Punjab Emergency Service: 5 years more.
