Established under the Punjab Emergency Service Act 2006, it provides 24/7 free emergency management to all 37 districts of Punjab, Pakistan. Founded by Dr. Rizwan Naseer, the service maintains an average response time of under 8 minutes for standard ambulances and under 4 minutes for its motorbike service.
