Physical standards: 25 sit-ups per minute; 25 push-ups per minute; running and jumping one mile in 8 minutes for males (12 minutes for males above 35 years) and 12 minutes for females; chest 33 inches (males only); height 5 feet 6 inches (preference); eyesight 6/6 without glasses; BMI below 30. Candidates must clear initial medical screening and physical test conducted by the Punjab Emergency Service Department before the written test, psychological assessment and interview.
