Receptionist

Receptionist at the Maryam Nawaz School and Resource Centre for Autism, Lahore, managing the front desk and visitor coordination. 2 posts.

• Greet and receive children, parents and visitors at the centre
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries
• Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
• Handle correspondence, filing and front-desk record keeping
• Coordinate with teaching, therapy and administrative staff
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

• Bachelor's or Master's - BS in Public Relations, Social Science or Sociology from an HEC recognized university, in Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Relations, recognised by HEC
• BS in Public Relations, Social Science or Sociology from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• 02 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization or firm
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 21 – 30 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Nov 2026.
