About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Regional Manager Alliances in its Cards & Payment Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Females, minorities, differently abled persons and transgender persons are encouraged to apply.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform credit and debit card market scans and POS spending analysis
- Recommend new features and product enhancements to improve card usage
- Form strategic alliances with brands, retailers, hotels and restaurants
- Develop marketing and awareness campaigns to increase card usage
- Manage relationships with alliance partners and vendors
- Resolve customer queries and complaints on card spending
- Onboard group alliance partners for credit card installment plans
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 04 years of banking/non-banking experience; preference for relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 55 years
