About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Senior Manager ML Engineering in its Data Management & Sciences (Information Technology Group), Band-7 to Band-6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing ML engineering team
- Develop and manage Data Lake solutions and ETL processes
- Implement data pipelines using Spark, Airflow or Kafka
- Collaborate with engineering, product and cybersecurity teams to scale AI solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies
- Monitor deployed models for drift, bias and performance
- Retrain models and troubleshoot ML production issues
- Lead AI/ML automation including predictive modeling
- Oversee design and deployment of AI-driven banking applications
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Minimum 07 years of banking/non-banking experience with minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
