About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Senior Relationship Manager Commercial Banking in its Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group), Band-7 to Band-6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Females, minorities, differently abled persons and transgender persons are encouraged to apply.
Duties and responsibilities
- Achieve hub and team business targets across commercial banking segments
- On-board new to bank customers and deepen relationships
- Grow funded and non-funded business and structure proposals
- Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals in line with SBP PRs
- Ensure credit processing TATs are met
- Ensure no fresh NPL addition and reduce existing NPLs
- Conduct business calls and ensure timely recovery
- Ensure compliance with bank procedures and SBP regulations
- Monitor compliance of approved credit terms
- Ensure team training on products and FTC framework
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Minimum 07 years of banking experience; preference for 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking
