Short Term Expert (Contract Management)

NAVTTC requires a Short Term Expert (Contract Management) at Islamabad on fixed pay. Role mirrors Assistant Program Coordinator - Contract Management.

• Draft, execute and monitor vendor agreements and SLAs
• Draft bidding documents for local and international competitive bidding
• Manage vendor performance post-award
• Handle dispute resolution
• Ensure QCBS criteria are upheld throughout the contract lifecycle
• Perform other assigned domain tasks

• Bachelor's - 16 Years of Education, in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance
• 16 years education in Engineering, Management, Finance, Business Management or related discipline
• Procurement/Contract Management certificate or training preferred

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• At least 7 years post-qualification experience in Contract Management or related areas

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Nov 2026.
