About this vacancy
NAVTTC requires a Short Term Expert (Procurement Compliances) at Islamabad on fixed pay. Role mirrors Deputy/Assistant Program Coordinator - Compliance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Federal Government rules, PSDP guidelines and NAVTTC SOPs
- Review program activities, documentation and transactions for adherence to procedures
- Monitor procurement, financial, administrative and contractual compliance
- Maintain compliance checklists, registers and monitoring frameworks
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures
- Coordinate with program, procurement, finance, legal and admin wings
- Review bidding/procurement and contract documents for compliance
- Follow up on audit, inspection and evaluation observations
- Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments and management briefs
- Maintain audit trail of compliance reviews and decisions
- Facilitate internal/external audits and third-party reviews
- Support development of SOPs and internal controls
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - 16 Years of Education, in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance
- 16 years education in Engineering, Management, Finance, Business Management or related discipline
- Procurement/Contract Management certification and PPRA Rules experience preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- At least 7 years post-qualification experience in compliance, audit, finance or related areas
