About this vacancy
NAVTTC requires a Short Term Expert (Human Resource Management) at Islamabad on fixed pay.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions with management
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment
- Assist shortlisting committee and develop shortlisting criteria
- Develop written/technical/aptitude recruitment tests and evaluate results
- Coordinate interview schedules, questions and evaluation forms
- Participate in interviews and consolidate panel feedback
- Prepare candidate comparison/assessment summaries
- Prepare selection documentation, offer and appointment letters
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Master (16 Years) Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), recognised by HEC
- 16 years degree (Master) in HRM from HEC-recognized university
- Over 10 years progressive senior-level HRM experience
- Additional HRM certification preferred
- Open to Male candidates.
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- Over 10 years progressive senior-level experience in Human Resource Management; national/international public or private sector experience preferred
Age limit
- Male: 30 – 50 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 28 Oct 2026.
