Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer), MBA, MPA, BBA (HRM) from an HEC recognized institute, in Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer) with 02 years as Master / Chief Engineer or Chief Officer / 2nd Engineer, or 01 year shore experience
- OR MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from an HEC recognized institute with 05 years of HR experience
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer) with 2 years as Master / Chief Engineer or Chief Officer / 2nd Engineer, or 1 year shore experience; OR MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) with 5 years of HR experience
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 50 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 25 Oct 2026.
