About this vacancy
NDMA seeks Store Man on contract basis on lump sum package (equivalent to PPS-04) for an initial period of 24 months, extendable on requirement basis. Posts filled on open merit basis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain updated records of all technical and IT hardware assets
- Maintain physical and electronic asset tracking system
- Conduct periodic physical verification of IT hardware assets in coordination with Admin and Audit Wings
- Categorize obsolete or unserviceable items and prepare proposals for condemnation and disposal
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for IT assets
- Maintain documentation for warranties, maintenance logs and vendor agreements
- Prepare reports on inventory, maintenance costs and performance
Eligibility criteria
- Intermediate or Diploma - FA, Diploma in Store Management/Store Supervision/Logistics/Supply Chain Management, recognised by HEC
- FA/Diploma in Store Management, Store Supervision or other subjects of logistics/supply chain management
- Contract for initial 24 months extendable
- Minimum 18 months mandatory service
- Original documents attested by HEC at interview
- No TA/DA for test/interview

- No prior experience is required for this post.
