Admin & Finance Specialist

Admin & Finance Specialist for the WWTP Babu Sabu project. Position in the Project Management Unit for construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Babu Sabu, Lahore, under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (PWASA). Appointment is project based for the duration of the project.

• Manage the administrative and financial functions of the Project Management Unit
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections and financial statements for the project
• Process payments, maintain books of account and ensure compliance with financial rules
• Coordinate internal and external audit of project accounts
• Administer human resource, office administration and logistics matters of the PMU
• Maintain financial reporting to PWASA and the financier

• Master's or Professional Certification - Master in Business Administration, Master in Finance, ACCA (Inter), CA (Inter), in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, recognised by HEC

• Required experience: At least 12 years
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 37 – 55 years
