Branding Specialist

Branding Specialist at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, owning the Unit's brand guidelines, design system and asset library.

• Develop and maintain the Unit's brand guidelines, design system, templates and asset library
• Apply the identity across product interfaces, dashboards, publications, campaigns and event collateral, working with the Senior Graphic Designers, videographers and social-media team
• Quality-assure all outbound creative work against the guidelines and Government of the Punjab communication protocols
• Support naming, positioning and launch materials for AI products handed over to line departments
• Maintain the brand asset library and the approvals trail for external use of the Unit's identity

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Design, Visual Communication or Marketing, in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Art / Design, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• Brand strategy and identity systems
• Design systems, templating and asset governance
• Creative direction and quality assurance
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency
• Collaboration with product, communications and event teams

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• At least 5 years in brand or design leadership, with a portfolio covering identity systems and their application across channels
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 26 – 45 years
