About this vacancy
Cloud & DevOps Engineer at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, provisioning and automating the Unit's cloud environments.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud environments (compute, networking, storage, identity) using infrastructure-as-code
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and services, covering build, test, release and rollback
- Automate environment configuration and secrets management across development, staging and production
- Manage cloud cost, tagging and resource governance in coordination with Finance and Procurement
- Support the GPU/infrastructure and reliability functions with provisioning and release tooling
- Maintain platform documentation and reusable deployment templates
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, in Computer Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Terraform / infrastructure-as-code
- CI/CD tooling
- Containers and Kubernetes
- Scripting (Python/Bash) and Git
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- At least 4 years in cloud/DevOps engineering with production automation
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
