Contract Management Specialist

Contract Management Specialist for the Program Management Unit established for Punjab Tourism Rehabilitation and Revamping Projects (till June 2028).

• Draft, review and administer contracts for project works and services
• Handle contractual negotiations, variations, claims and disputes
• Ensure legal and heritage compliance in development project contracts
• Advise the PMU on contractual risk and obligations

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Law or Business Administration, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Project Management, Law, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Law or Business Administration from an HEC recognized university
• Applications are to be submitted separately for each post on the Punjab Job Portal. Appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable and post specific, conferring no right to regularization. Offered salary against each post is on lump-sum basis in Project Pay Scale with annual increment. Prior NOC is required for government and semi-government servants. Incomplete applications will be rejected and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be paid. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason.

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 05 years or above experience for Masters degree and minimum 07 years or above experience for Bachelors degree in contract management, contractual negotiation, legal or heritage compliance in development projects

• All candidates: 18 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 18 Oct 2026.
