Procurement Specialist - Rohtas Fort

Procurement Specialist for the Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Management and Upgradation of Rohtas Fort, District Jhelum (till June 2027).

• Plan and conduct procurement of works, goods and services for the Rohtas Fort project
• Prepare bidding documents and evaluation reports under PPRA rules
• Administer contracts and monitor contractor performance
• Maintain procurement records and reporting

• Bachelor's - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Applications are to be submitted separately for each post on the Punjab Job Portal. Appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable and post specific, conferring no right to regularization. Offered salary against each post is on lump-sum basis in Project Pay Scale with annual increment. Prior NOC is required for government and semi-government servants. Incomplete applications will be rejected and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be paid. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason.

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 05 years experience in the related field

• All candidates: 18 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 18 Oct 2026.
