Delivery Associate at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, advising departments on delivery plans and running delivery routines. 6 posts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Advise departments and agencies on developing delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories and action plans for prioritized use-cases
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration through action-oriented delivery routines and follow through on the actions those routines generate
- Use data to formulate and test recommendations that improve senior-level decision making and prepare the analysis and visualizations that support them
- Engage frontline service providers and end users to inform policy and program implementation, including field enquiry where the evidence requires it
- Design and deliver stakeholder projects end to end, from problem definition through to handover, working alongside the Pillar Head and the AI Product / Deployment Manager
- Build delivery capability in partner departments through structured working sessions, coaching and reusable tools
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science or Social Sciences, in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Data Science, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution
- Experience of public service delivery or technology programs preferred
- Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
- Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
- Quantitative analysis and comfort with data and dashboards
- High-quality written briefing and presentation for senior decision-makers
- Facilitation of working sessions and delivery routines towards agreed actions
- Stakeholder management across departments, and fluency in Urdu and English
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- At least 4 years experience with 3 years relevant delivery experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, public sector delivery, a government delivery unit, a comparable advisory organization or an international development organization
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
