Finance & Subsidy Manager

Finance & Subsidy Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, running the Right of Way subsidy reimbursement mechanism for the fiberization project.

• Design and implement the Right of Way (RoW) subsidy reimbursement mechanism
• Review subsidy claims submitted by ISPs and verify supporting documentation
• Coordinate technical validation prior to subsidy disbursement
• Process approved payments and maintain subsidy tracking dashboards
• Support financial audits and ensure transparency of subsidy disbursements
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and expenditure tracking for the project
• Ensure compliance with government financial rules, audit requirements and donor guidelines
• Maintain financial records, documentation and reporting systems

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management, Project Management, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
