About this vacancy
Chief Financial Officer of Punjab Grid Company Limited, responsible for the finance and accounts function of the company.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise the finance and accounts department
- Prepare the annual budget and financial statements
- Prepare business and investment plans
- Develop financial plans and procedures
- Manage collection of revenue and cash flow
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, Masters degree in Finance from an HEC recognized university, in Cost Accounting, Finance, Accountancy/Chartered Accountancy, recognised by HEC
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience (public sector companies with total assets of five billion rupees or more), or a masters degree in finance from an HEC recognized university with at least ten years relevant experience
- Preference for candidates with finance or tariff related experience in the power sector
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- At least five years relevant experience as a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (for public sector companies with total assets of five billion rupees or more), or ten years relevant experience with a masters degree in finance; preference for finance or tariff related experience in the power sector
- Experience accepted from: Power Sector Organizations, Public Sector Companies
