Company Secretary (CS)

Company Secretary of Punjab Grid Company Limited, supporting the Board on corporate governance, statutory compliance and secretarial matters.

• Assist the Board of Directors on legal and financial risks of the company
• Ensure the company complies with all statutory regulations
• Carry out secretarial responsibilities of the PGCL Board including scheduling of meetings, drafting and issuance of minutes, and internal and external coordination for conduct of business
• Any other responsibility assigned by the CEO or the PGCL Board

• Bachelor's or Master's - Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, Masters degree in Business Administration or Commerce, Law graduate, in Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Commerce, recognised by HEC
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or a masters degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a law graduate from an HEC recognized university

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• At least five years relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Power Sector Organizations, Public Sector Companies

• All candidates: 18 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 20 Oct 2026.
