Financial Analyst (Gas) (SPPS-IV)

Financial Analyst (Gas) in SPPS-IV at the Petroleum Division, handling financial modelling and analysis for gas sector projects and policy including pipelines, city gas distribution, LNG terminals and storage facilities.

• Build and analyze financial models for major gas infrastructure projects
• Conduct project appraisals including feasibility, cost-benefit and economic impact studies
• Evaluate gas pricing and tariffs across upstream, midstream and downstream segments
• Advise on structuring public-private partnerships, joint ventures and other investment models
• Assess the financial effects of supply diversification including LNG imports and cross-border trade
• Assess the financial sustainability of gas distribution companies and recommend reforms
• Contribute to policy on market liberalization, unbundling and tariff design
• Prepare financial impact assessments of regulatory decisions and project approvals
• Monitor international gas markets and LNG pricing
• Produce dashboards, reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor's or Master's - BS Accounting & Finance, BS Business Administration, BS Economics, BS Accounting, BSc (Hons.) Economics, MBA, BS Finance, in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, recognised by HEC
• Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or MBA as listed in the advertisement

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis for the gas sector
