Financial Management Specialist

Financial Management Specialist at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, managing budgets, payments and financial reporting for the project.

• Prepare annual budgets, cashflow forecasts and release requests; monitor utilization against the approved PC-1
• Process payments, payroll and vendor invoices through the Assignment Account with complete documentation
• Maintain books of account and reconciliations; prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and PSC financial statements
• Support pre-audit and audit responses and ensure compliance with Punjab financial rules and PIFRA requirements
• Assist procurement processes with financial evaluation and contract payment schedules

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from an HEC recognized university/institution, or professional qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA finalist or member), in Accounting, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, recognised by HEC
• Government budgeting and accounting (PIFRA/SAP exposure)
• Payroll and payments processing
• Financial reporting and audit handling
• Excel proficiency; ERP familiarity

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• At least 8 years in financial management; government project/assignment-account experience strongly preferred
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
