About this vacancy
General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis) at the Punjab Performance Management Unit, with overall responsibility for performance analysis and validation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, objectivity and consistency of analysis
- Supervise analytical staff and workflows
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence trails
- Report to the Head of PPMU
- Take overall responsibility for performance analysis and validation
- Approve final inspection results and KPI scoring
- Oversee district performance ranking and trend analysis
- Ensure analytical rigour, objectivity and data integrity
- Approve analytical briefs and dashboards for leadership
- Coordinate with the Operations and Monitoring Wings
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Software Engineering or Data Analytics, in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Lahore domicile only

- Required experience: At least 10 years
- Minimum 10 year(s) of relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
