Assistant Director (M&E)

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS or Mathematics, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Public Administration, Statistics, Data Science, MIS, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS or Mathematics from HEC recognized national or foreign universities; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors in developing, designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programmes, developing KPIs, logical frameworks and data collection tools, managing centralized data systems and ensuring data integrity, conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications and reporting to donors and senior management
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 25 – 40 years
