• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Arts or Humanities, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Arts, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Humanities, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Arts or Humanities from HEC recognized national or foreign universities; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors in management or field monitoring and data collection, maintaining programme documentation and files, assisting in compliance reviews and coordination with field offices
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 25 – 35 years
