About this vacancy
Specialist Program Design in the Program Design function of the Punjab Skills Development Fund. Duties and responsibilities
- Support the design of PSDF training schemes and skills development programmes
- Analyse labour market and sector demand evidence to inform scheme design
- Prepare concept notes, scheme documents and trade selection rationales
- Define trade specifications, training durations and target beneficiary segments
- Coordinate with Research, Program Operations and Monitoring & Evaluation teams on scheme parameters
- Prepare presentations and documentation for management and government forums
- Support costing and budgeting inputs for proposed schemes
- Maintain programme design documentation and contribute to design SOPs
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering/Sciences, Management, Public Policy or Social Sciences, in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering/Sciences, Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Required tools: MS Office
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Development Sector Organizations
Age limit
- All candidates: 21 – 31 years
