Data Analyst

Data Analyst in the Monitoring & Evaluation function of the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority, turning programme data into actionable insight for management and donors. • Analyse programme data using SQL and Excel and build visualizations in Power BI or Tableau
• Use Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Apply data modeling, reporting and ETL concepts to M&E datasets
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for management
• Apply machine learning basics and forecasting models where relevant
• Work with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
• Support data governance and compliance frameworks

• Bachelor's or Master's - Master's degree / Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences or Information Technology, in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Master's degree or 16 years qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences or Information Technology from an HEC recognized national or foreign university
• At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors with SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Excellent understanding of data modeling, reporting and ETL concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with machine learning basics and forecasting models
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and of data governance and compliance frameworks
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations
