About this vacancy
Provide technical support to Partner Organizations for effective implementation of livelihood programmes, monitor grant delivery and ensure data quality. Position is based in Islamabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. No TA/DA shall be admissible. The PMU reserves the right to adjust the number of posts or cancel the recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Partner Organizations for effective implementation
- Monitor grant delivery
- Validate reports
- Ensure MIS data quality
- Conduct field visits
- Develop monitoring tools
- Provide capacity building
- Coordinate with management on reporting requirements
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BA, BS Agriculture, MBA (Project Management), MS Applied Statistics, BS, EMBA (Project Management), EMBA Management, EMBA (Management Sciences), BBA (Agriculture Business), MS Agriculture Economics, MBA, MS Industrial Psychology, MA Social Sciences, MSc (Hons.) Agriculture in Horticulture, MS Agriculture Rural Sociology, in Mathematics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, recognised by HEC
- Master's degree or 16 years education in Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture/Livestock or related field
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Minimum 7 years overall field-level experience including at least 4 years in monitoring livelihood asset transfer programmes
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 48 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Oct 2026.
