Senior Project Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, managing execution of trainings, bootcamps and operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and manage day-to-day execution of trainings, bootcamps and operations
- Coordinate with training partners for smooth delivery of technical and freelancing modules
- Ensure availability of labs, LMS, trainers and assessment mechanisms
- Plan and execute cohort-wise training schedules for both students and IT professionals
- Coordinate with training partners for labs, trainers, curriculum delivery and certifications
- Ensure smooth operations of applications, onboarding, attendance, assessments and stipend disbursement
- Track progress against milestones, targets and timelines
- Oversee stipend disbursement processes and compliance checks
- Coordinate with software and QA teams for uninterrupted portal and LMS operations
- Prepare consolidated operational dashboards and reports
- Ensure readiness for upcoming cohorts as per approved timelines
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards and presentations for management
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Project Management, Software Engineering, Management Information System, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
