About this vacancy
IT / MIS Officer at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, providing end-user IT support and maintaining internal MIS systems.
Duties and responsibilities
- Administer end-user IT equipment, accounts, software licenses and access provisioning for Unit staff
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal MIS/office systems (HR, finance and procurement information systems) in coordination with the relevant functional leads
- Provide first-line IT support and escalate infrastructure or security issues to the Data, AI Engineering & Platform Wing / CISO as appropriate
- Maintain the IT asset register, warranty/AMC records and basic cybersecurity hygiene (patching, backups, antivirus) for office systems
- Support MIS reporting requirements for the Head of Operations and other wings
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or Information Technology, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
- End-user IT support and systems administration
- MIS/office software administration
- Basic networking and cybersecurity hygiene
- Asset and license management
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or MIS roles
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
Age limit
